About monthly raffle draws
Added 2016-09-16 04:50:57 +0000 UTCI did the August raffle draw as soon as I hit the $50 per story threshold. It was early, I guess, the month wasn't over, but I was excited about hitting the milestone.
Going forward I'll do the raffle after each month's payments have been processed. This way people with rejected payments aren't eligible, and everyone who pledges for the month gets a shot.
