The more peculiar ethnicity of draken, hailing from the south yu'shing Isle

while we as humans dont think that feathers as feminine, in draken culture feathers are considered feminine. "Balfour", one of the characters in my world as the writer of the journal, is a particularly unreliable narrator. He believes in his cultural influences, beauty standards influenced by his society, and projects these views in the writing in his journal. He, like the rest of Murthalen society, believe rugged scales and large horns are masculine, and the Yu'shen do not fit his, and Murthalen, beauty standards. The Yu'shen have their own concept of beauty and masculinity, but this journal is not written from their perspective~

I'm getting East-Asian vibes here. I don't think feathers are that feminine imo, but I love the art anyways!
