I get how Zuko is but but I was so pissed he fumbled so badly here, he was doing so well until the end

2024-01-18 13:42:56 +0000 UTCMako is the original voice of Iroh who passed away. He did his last voice acting in the hospital bed of iroh for that episode. Afterwards sadly he passed away. Episodes after is a different voice actor but it's hardly noticeably. He is a very special person when it comes to the world of Avatar. For example Iroh's son is based off on how the young Mako looked. As you continue to watch the avatar series and legend of Korra, you'll see nore references to him

At the end of season 1 when Zhao attacks the Water Tribe, he mentions that he's heard of Iroh's travels in the Spirit Realm. We can pretty much fill in the blanks. We stan Guru Pathik in my house.

He doesn’t talk but you feel his pain and his love for Aang which is evident when he doesn’t hesitate to go underground although he hates it because of that love. Episode 16 actually won a Genesis Award from the Humane Society of the United States for its depiction of animal cruelty and was well deserved!
