Well it is my opinion but I do feel being introduced to new characters in an intro or outro is a spoiler but we can agree to disagree with that. But just as a example in most intros of a anime they will reveal spoilers such as new characters, their abilities, a teased death or big fight, a lost or won battle, a big plot twist such as a character turning from evil to good and many more. Just from watching intros to quite a few animes I’ve been able to predict deaths and plot twists, but like I said that’s maybe just me and my brain works pretty fast.

We all watched the intros and outros of shows we watched for the first time and had the experience of anticipating characters we thought looked cool, so I don't see anything wrong with Ron and Michelle having that experience. They're only going to watch it one time anyway so what's the big deal?

This ending is a COMPLETE PIECE OF ART. I remember dwelling in my feelings so much listening to this song, a perfect match for this arc's roller coaster of emotions. I even suggest for Ron and Michelle (or anyone else watching for the first time), if you end any episode feeling depressed, just let the ending roll, it fits so well to the mood.

I say this all the time. I was honestly so surprised in recent years when folks were saying "don't watch the op/ed, it spoils" for lots of anime. I watch every op/ed no matter what. I don't ever understand wtf it is showing me until it matters. Probably cause I be singing, lol.

Its perfectly ok to see this ending, imo. They are new characters and you know absolutely nothing about them. Those that watched the anime previously definitely didn't skip the opening and ending, and most still ended up swearing by this being a classic. If it worked for 90% of the anime watchers, it will work for you

Nothing wrong watching the opening and ending. Just new characters you will meet soon in the show. You can make theories such as if they will be on our side or not and who they are. So long as nobody starts to agree or disagree your guesses and theories and also nobody starts commenting "It's a spoiler this and that." then you will know nothing but just the character design. Nobody knows it is a spoiler if nobody talks about it being a spoiler.

I saw like 10 different spoilers in that outro, hopefully they don’t put too much more together. This is why I personally never recommend watching intros or outros because I personally can tell the whole plot and events of a anime season just by watching the intro, but maybe that’s just me and I look deeply and closely into things.

it's so wild togashi will just intro a whole subplot "oh yeah we're trying to save the world from these chimera ants but the vice president of the hunter association is sending hunters with bad matchups so the ants keep escaping and getting stronger which makes our job harder just so netero can be removed".... and just move on lollll like dude i need to know more
