Btw the author said Nanami shold've died when he encountered to Mahito in S1, but at that time he said the character move so well so he decided not to. But in this Shibuya arc, he said Nanami is done, and I agree with that. He's not strong enough for this power scale in Shibuya Arc, also his character is not suit for jujutsu sorcerer, he's too "normal" or taking things too seriously (that's why he quit before)....but that also what made him a good teacher for Yuji, since everyone else are not normal 🥲

Hanami, Jogo, and Dagon were born from fear of nature and they're all classified as special grade and have the same level, if not lower than Mahito. So, yeah. Tbh, it was great they added original scenes for Nanami and Yuji at the beginning, but I wished they used the same shot as manga panel when Yuji snapped to Mahito because it was bad ass moment at 14:09 when he said "Those your dying words?", don't know why they have to changed it. Like here in the anime Yuji is not scary at all, in the manga it's waaaaay better. And when Nanami died the shot in manga was more creepy, wonder why they changed it too, maybe censorship? 🤷 Also it's so weird they changed the timing and position when Yuji arrived, he actually arrived after Mahito talked to him, he was in rush unlike in the anime, and Nanami & Mahito were not facing him in the anime, like how they'll realize Yuji was there lol, and Mahito kept not facing Yuji when fighting, there's just no way, like Yuji would've beat his ass of if he's facing his back. Such a weird direction by the director for this ep, rather than they make original scenes which is just cool, I wish they didn't change things that already cool in the manga that ruins the whole things 🥱

They really added a lot to Nanamin's end here, like the beach part. That was just one panel in the manga but they extended that and made this beautiful moment. Also, a bunch of the Mahito vs Yuji fight this episode is anime original too. SO WELL DONE!!!

Why would sukuna take out mahito? lol. But yea, this arc is messed up, and the feeling of hopelessness is what makes JJK stands out. When was the last time you saw an anime where the situation is sooooo gloomy, and the hate for a villian so great? I think the show really represents how much gojo actually means to the jujustu Kaisen world in terms of his powers. Ever since he’s been locked away, the antagonists been running riot and imagine if toji and sukuna ironically didn’t beat up dagon and jogo 😭
