Its really important to not only read what they are saying but also the implications they have. HxH is a really cerebral anime especially in the latter half.

2023-10-28 23:31:19 +0000 UTCSo the bomber's teammates used an item called Tax Collector's gauntlet which allows them to use Levy (a spell card I assume?) any number of times but they sacrifice a restricted card to steal a restricted card from a target. I think the disadvantage of losing one is due to the item's repeatable use and not a part of casting Levy spell. So the two teammates used the item to cast Levy four times on each target, so they got 8 restricted card slots by losing 8 restricted slot cards. They used the risky dice so they probably gave up ones easier to get and they gained once Team Tsezgerra was monopolizing.
