Post Birthday Update
Added 2018-06-04 05:24:32 +0000 UTCOk no joke, this weekend and the days building up to it, have been some of the hardest and roughest I've had. My birthday was simple, but all the running around and stuff really overworked my back. I was this close to giving in and going to the emergency room. I was in tears i was in so much pain. I made it through, and will be going back to the regular program this week.
