Emilia, being called a witch almost all her life, just went along with it. Even if the case were true about her being witch's daughter, you have to remember you met 5 other new witch's, so that could've meant any of them

2023-08-13 02:25:52 +0000 UTCEmilia was just claiming to be a “Frozen Witch” from her home land in Elior forest, she didn’t confirm being satellas daughter. That’s just Echidna bad mouthing Emilia to get her to feel horrible about herself because Emilia hated the witch comments about her. I didn’t cry during Garfiel’s backstory the first time I watched this but I did now that I’m way ahead of the story. I felt like this time was more impactful because I now see how Garfiel’s story started out again and the progress he’s made thus far. He’s become one of my favorite characters of this series! Also a side note, Garfiel said he saw when Subaru became “desperate” meaning that he saw Subarus writings on the walls because he was the first to go in there. I don’t think he saw the kiss because they joined together outside the graveyard. I doubt Garfiel walked up those stairs only to walk back down after seeing them kiss 😭
