2023-08-07 14:32:31 +0000 UTCTo answer your question, not all isekai are built like this one. The only one I’d say is on par with re:zero in terms of the story and world building is Mushoku Tensei. Both come from very elaborate and well written light novels by authors who have an innate talent for telling a story. Highly recommend watching Mushoku Tensei after this if you want another fantastic isekai. Some might say reincarnated as a slime but I haven’t seen it

And also Black Clover is very mid through half of the anime, it starts getting good in late arcs and the peak isn't animated yet. But the truth is, it takes a lot of boring episodes to finally get good.

2023-08-06 11:36:11 +0000 UTCIf you guys remembered what happened in the OVA you wouldn't be too confused on the words that Puck says to Emilia. There was a reason we said to watch that OVA, because what happened in this episode you already had the answers to why Puck said what he said. You have seen Emilia frozen as that too was in the OVA, you just forgotten. This show has lot of things that will reflect in episodes to earlier things that have happened, so watching it only 1-2 per week makes it really hard to remember things.

We had to wait several weeks before this episode came out and continue weekly again. I couldn’t wait for this episode so I went onto the web novel and continued reading past this point and I loved every bit if it. Totally worth it, and I read the arc after this one and I couldn’t stop loving Re:zero, I am so happy they’re finally animating the next arc very soon. Will you guys be watching the trailer when you finish season 2?

The pretty common consensus is that the best isekai are Re:Zero, Konosuba, Reincarnated as a Slime, Overlord, Tanya the Evil, and some people say Mushoku Tensei too. Imo nothing comes close to Re:Zero except Konosuba but that’s a comedy show
