Medicie is about helping your body heal itself by creating anitbodies and such. Making cures to completely prevent things is extremely hard do to constant mutations so its easier to just let the body heal itself and give is support and boosts to help.

That Star Plasma Vessel part tho! Another reactor had a great theory about the Star Plasma Vessel that I never thought about. If there was another vessel, Riko likely didn't have to die. It could be that the higher ups of Jujutsu High made Riko a decoy so that the real vessel can get to Tengen without injury. They might have leaked info about Riko being THE vessel, put her in the care of the two strongest sorcerers, etc. to make sure all attempts at assassination were directed at her. The real vessel was probably snuck in at another time or day in the back door. If this is the case, I feel like their plan really backfired.

I love this arc so much. Seeing how Geto slowly just lost his moral code witnessing atrocity after atrocity, it’s a villain backstory you can actually sympathize with. The way I see it, Riko is Gojo’s biggest fuckup, but Geto is Gojo’s biggest regret

This!^^^ The character writing is perfect for me and these episodes really gave perspective into Geto’s reasoning and I can’t blame the guy either.. and the clapping sound the kept being heard everywhere even in the rain was nice and subtle but you’re constantly reminded of the ugliness of humanity. How they can say things and act out of fear and ignorance to the point where they’ll disregard someone’s desire to live in order to save themselves. I think the fact that Gojo was willing to say fuck everyone with Geto when it came down to saving Riko shows they have similar values. But Geto is just willing to go to that place that Yuki mentioned she couldn’t and most couldn’t but he couldn’t see the other two options mentioned realistically happening. Man it’s such a great anime, This right here is what “Peak” means to me

The blonde woman Geto asked about his taste in women is the same woman that found Todo when he was in elementary school. She was briefly shown in a todo flashback in the first season. Her name is Yuki. And the two girls that Geto found are the same girls that are with him in the movie. Remember, one of them has a bunny phone case.

Those 2 little girls show up again in JJK 0. They appear at the school on that giant bird with Geto and a few others. Also, you've seen the woman that Geto talks to in this episode (Yuki). She's Todo's mentor~ She showed up when Todo was little and he was beating on a high schooler. She asked him what his type was in that moment. This makes me think that right after talking to Geto, she drove off and ran into Todo lol (just a head canon)

Geto spiraling down is just so hard to watch. Everything slowly piling up bit by bit and the clapping noise from the normal humans in the cult religion after Riko's death can be heard throughout this episode. Even the rain sounds like the clapping. Gojo thought he never had to be worried about Geto and did not notice the signs of Geto breaking. Geto is the one more observant and sensitive to everything. He even chooses sweet over salty souvenirs cause Gojo like sweets. Yuki the blond special grade sorcerer is the one that recruited Todo. Its not really Yuki's fault about Geto, but it was her that explained everything into simple terms for Geto that was messed up in his head and things became clear for him and he made his decision. Haibara Yu died on 2nd grade curse mission which turned out to be a 1st grade curse and he died due to it. Geto has had enough of his comrades dying. Haibara was like Yuji Itadori. Nanami in Season 1 said he had quit being a sorcerer and went to work as a salaryman. I'm thinking Haibara's death may be what made him quit but since both being a sorcerer and salaryman is shitty he chose to be a sorcerer instead and he could still help people like the bakery lady. The village Geto killed everyone is not his village but the mission he was on. He had already killed the curses in the village but the villagers insist the 2 little girls who were born from sorcerers were the cause of the curses and imprisoned and tortured them and now wants them killed. Geto by then had enough of the ugliness of the non-sorcerers and curses due to their fear and jealousy etc and Geto snapped. He was not going to kill his fellow sorcerers who were the weak due to this non-sorcerers/monkeys. The 2 girls were in the JJK 0 movie. They were riding in the huge pelican curse with Geto. Geto's resolve is something not everyone can do. He even killed his parents since they cant be an exception if he is going to kill all non-sorcerers for his objective. Gojo said Geto has been telling him there was no point in killing this people but now Geto chose the extreme route go for the source(non-sorcerers) which is the 'point' in order to protect everyone. The damn feels has really been put into this 5 episodes and Mappa did a great job. Shibuya arc is going to get crazy~

Regarding Megumi’s strength, back in Season 1 Gojo and Megumi did have a conversation about it. Gojo mentioned that their clans used to fued centuries ago and that it didn’t end until the head of the Gojo Clan and Zenin Clan killed each other. Satoru said the head of the Gojo Clan at the time was a Limitless user with the Six Eyes like himself, while the head of the Zenin Clan used the same Ten Shadows Technique Megumi has. So while I’m not sure if Megumi can be stronger than Gojo, it’s definitely implied he can at least be on the same level. Can’t wait to see if he reaches it!!

Those 2 skull curse spirits are the parents of the girls, they were untrained sorcerers who were persecuted to dead by people in that village, then turned into curse spirits. There are a lot more curse spirits that came out for these few months because Gojo had awakened power, it's like some sort of balance-maintaining mechanism in the jujutsu world.

Its crazy how mysterious getos character was at the start and you pretty much didnt care for him much until you realized him and Gojo were friends, never exspected to like his character so much this season! When Gojo asked if Geto ate too much somen, its kinda sad because Geto's favorite food is actually zaru soba (cold soba). But when Haibara asked Geto what souvenir he prefers, he answered the sweet one because Gojo likes sweets. So I think it's basically Gojo didn't really notice much things about his best friends while Geto is otherwise. Geto saying monkey inspired by Toji's saying himself a monkey, and Geto saying "I'll do what I can do best" is from Haibara 🥲 it's always come full circle, I hate JJK 😭😭😭 Haibara's death is pretty depressing especially his half body down from waist is gone 😭 I feel like Nanami being protective about Yuji in season 1 because Yuji reminds him of his friend, Haibara 😭 Ron said that's rare for sorcerer, but it's actually pretty common to have their comrades die, looking at Geto's commentary and Megumi's commentary in season 1 when Yuji died he said that was the first time someone his age died, meaning there was someone else not in his age died before. Yuki is Todo's mentor, in season 1 she appeared when Todo was grade schooler and asked him "what type of girl do you like?" thats why Todo became like her lol. The author said Todo's type is basically Yuki herself, a tall woman with big ass. Yuki recruited him to be jujutsu sorcerer. So anyone from non sorcerer family are usually being recruited like that. What we already know is Todo and Miwa the blue hair girl from Kyoto high school (Miwa had mentioned about her mentor as well). Also we know that Geto's parents are non sorcerers too because he killed them. Haibara is also from non sorcerer family, he has a sister who can see curses but he kept her away to jujutsu high (this one is a tidbit from manga). That 2 girls were not from his home village, he came to that village for mission and he already exorcised the curse but the villager kept saying that those girls were the cause of weird things happened in the village. They appeared in the JJK0 movie, the 2 high school girls, I can't quote exactly but when Ijichi asked them about they're still teenangers and don't know about white and black they said "You don't know how sorcerers are treated in the village that not even on the map. If Geto-sama said black is white, then it's white" something like that. What Yuki said to Geto was pretty messed up, not the part about non sorcerer, she is a researcher anyway so it was fair that she's being so blunt about that. But about Star Plasma Vessel, how could she casually said no need to worry because someone else might has already been born and Tengen is stable anyway. Like, a little girl just got killed , but she thought Geto was worry about Tengen? Come on. 🥲

Well I haven't read the manga, but just based off of these first 2 seasons, I would say yes megumi does have a lot of potential, not only because of his lineage and gojo being his teacher, but also because he seems to be the only person sukuna gives a shit about for some reason.

Both chose paths for the sake of the other but ultimately Gojo chose a path that if he was successful would have given Geto the choice to smile and stay. Dude ultimately chose to save the world for Geto whereas Geto was willing to sacrifice the majority of the world to make it a place where Gojo wouldn’t NEED to be the strongest. They make me ILL. 3. The fact that Gojo had him, he could’ve ended him there on the street. But instead he let him go and continued to do so for another whole decade right up until he really had no other choice but to respond and confront him. 4. So the show is gonna take a 3 week break for now and it will resume on Aug. 31 which will be titled the shibuya incident arc ( which is the follow up from season one where we left off) it is set to be one of JJKs best arc of the series. In total shibuya incident is said to be 18 episodes
