2023-08-31 00:21:53 +0000 UTCA little late but i really loved your reactions, looking forward to the next couple of episodes, which i'm gonna binge now😁 A little fun fact, the "sky love hurricane" the twins mentioned, was a refference to an old soccer anime called "Captain Tsubasa". There were also twins in one of the opposing teams and they had a move called the skylove hurricane. My sister was obsessed with this anime, so i had to watch it too. I don't remeber much of it, but i do remeber that move very clearly 😆 Love this episode and Hinatas receive is one of my favourite moments. I also really love Osamus hunger speech. And of course finally the reveal of the meaning behind Inarizakis banner, the ost was amazing.

The progress he has made so far from being a bad receiver that Kageyama refused to set him the ball and Suga teaching him the basics of receiving properly to him making such a perfect receive!!! He is such a ball/bundle of joy! 🤗

2023-07-30 13:59:13 +0000 UTCSo in the play where Osamu set the ball that was set to him, he was able to do that because Atsumu had skipped the pass from the reciever and set it to Osamu on the first touch. In volleyball you can only have three touches before attacking, and one person can't touch the ball twice. So if the Libero was the one who had recieved the ball and Atsumu set it to Osamu, Osamu would have been forced to attack and couldn't set it again.

But I heard great things about bluelock or blueloc so I’m gonna try to watch that sport anime with y’all. I like actual sports Basketball and football being my fav but some reason it’s hard for me personally to get into sport anime to each their own though.

2023-07-29 06:45:38 +0000 UTCRon maybe got mixed up Tendo and Hanzo in HxH so it became Tenzo 😂 You definitely can see the set ball being set again in real life when Japan national team play, Yuki Ishikawa and Ran Takahashi often pull off that play 🫨 Inarizaki's coach is so wise. Even the world's greatest team could lose if they keep doing the same thing. And only a point is needed to shatter the opponent's heart. I think I saw those moments in VNL2023, especially at the finals where Italy and Japan fighting for the bronze medal. Also, Hinata's moments happened a lot in this time VNL, with one of USA's players DeFalco. He's a great outside hitter but I didn't remember him being that good in floor defense before. Even the commentary surprised he kept digging the ball, "It's DeFalco again saving the ball!!“ 😂

2023-07-29 05:20:32 +0000 UTCJust a side note. this current match against Inarizaki is the second round of the whole tournament, if Karasuno wins they will enter the top 16 schools in the nation (there are 52 schools total partcipating in the men's tournament) and face nekoma but in the third round. the Spring high has six rounds: first round, second round, third round, quarterfinal, semifinal and final round.
