Her bonds would have her partially suspended from a tree, connected to her chest harness, with her hands behind her back, which would leave her standing on her tiptoes. Her legs would be bound at her ankles, upper calves, lower and upper thighs (although her dress would be obscuring the ones at the upper thighs)
Her expression would be an unfazed smile, as if she didn't care at all about her situation.
