It's look like a demon smile with teeth more similar to demon fangs, this boy doesn't tell us all anymore. PS his surname i'm sure means somethings but they didn't put it in the subtitles, probably the answer for his strenght is in it.

So this arc will probably conclude in 12 episodes. I believe kind of like the second season. First part was Mugen train then the Entertainment district. That being said we already have 4 episodes in the bag. We are almost half way done.
