Elevator Surfing Mission To Skyscraper Rooftops (VIMEO)

This was something new. I was not in control and was not familiar with the environment, therefore it was both exciting and scary. Usually I observe and take it slow in unfamiliar areas/activities, but since the guy with us had a lot of experience elevator surfing - I went along with it. Was very fun. The heights and views of London always satisfy me and the surfs were a nice compliment to the mission.
Videos coming out slower than I would like, but, as always, I am working on a lot of things at once. I have plenty of footage both for music videos and adventures, plus constantly planning and going on trips. I will share all I am working on eventually, but for it to come out right - I will work at my own pace.

2022-06-12 14:04:42 +0000 UTCJust after I watched this.. today I rode (inside the lift ) up 79 storeys 314m in Bangkok to a (legal) outside rooftop observation deck. Closest I’ll ever get to “Living Shiey”. The lift was travelling at 418m/minute at it fastest and took <1 minute to get to top. All I could think about during the trip was “I wonder what it would be like on TOP this elevator car going that fast. Also…. I couldn’t help thinking that if Shiey & Co even came here on a mission…. It would be somewhat disappointing to “ninja” their way covertly to the top to fund a bunch of tourists already at the highest point of the roof, already outside of the building. King Power Mahanakhon… check it out if you’re ever in Bangkok, Thailand.

There has been some controversy over elevator lifts in London where the reality is younger kids see these are try it themselves and it could be dangerous. The subject was covered by TheSecret Vault and mrmattandmrchay elevator channel https://youtu.be/G49HsVD0gcw Probably you didn't expect this problem and fell into it after all you were saying you just got to London when it happened.

I joined dischord and found my own Illegal Freedom for today and watched this awesome exploration. I think the look on my face probably definitely matched the look on Matt's face during the opening thrill ride. I will be looking forward to watching again on the official Shiey channel when this excellent adventure is back up.
