1. You can't repeat character(s) from previous month' poll

2. You can't duplicate characters in couples/trios with other characters if it's already in the poll.

==(example: We have Steele x Aniu variant in April, so you can't suggest Steele x Jenna/Balto/another character for couple poll in April)

3. You can't suggest characters/couples/trios winners of the current month poll. You may suggest any variant that was in polls more than 1 month ago, if it fits rule 1 and 2.
