プラン改定・今後の活動方針のお知らせ：Plan revision and notice of future activity policy.

さて、長い前置きをしても仕方がないので早速本題に入らせていただきます。

Well, there's no point in making a long introduction, so let's get straight to the point.

始めに：First of all

この記事は元々は来年の1月に書こうと思っていました。キリもいいのでね。

ですが、決心が固いうちに外堀を埋めないと私はまた先延ばしにしそうなので「今すぐ」記事にすることにしました。

I was originally planning to write this article in January of next year, as it would be a nice round number.

However, I feel like I'll just keep putting it off again if I don't get the ball rolling while my decision is still firm, so I've decided to write it "right now."

①プラン改定のお知らせ：Plan revision

活動方針とも被るお話ですが、今後は積極的にイラストや漫画に挑戦していく

つもりでいるため、記事の頻度も増える事と思います。

つきましては、誠に勝手ながら10月より順次、現在のグリーンプランの料金改定と

新プランの設立を致します。

This overlaps with my policy, but I plan to actively try my hand at illustrations and manga in the future, so I think the frequency of my articles will increase.

Therefore, we will be gradually revising the current Green Plan fees and establishing new plans starting in October.

新プランは以下のようになります。

The plan is as follows:

・グリーンプラン(500円)：Green Plan (3.4＄)

・グランプラン(1000円)：Gran plan(6.79＄)

プラン改定に伴い、現在のプランは9月末を持ちまして廃止となります。

今までのグリーンプランに加入して頂いた支援者様には深くお詫び申し上げると共に心より感謝申し上げます。

Due to the plan revision, the current plan will be discontinued at the end of September.

We would like to offer our deepest apologies and our heartfelt gratitude to all the supporters who have subscribed to the Green Plan so far.

あくまで「コンテンツが気になる」方や「応援したい」という方向けのプランです。自分のお財布と相談し、それでも支援したいという際はご支援いただけると嬉しいです！

This plan is for people who are interested in the content or who want to support it.

Please consider your financial situation and if you still wish to support us, we would be grateful if you could support us!

②今後の活動方針：Future activity policy

まずはじめに、今後はどういう活動をしていくかを箇条書きしていきます。

First, I will outline the activities I will be undertaking in the future.

・DLsite、FANZA等向けの成人向け漫画およびCG作品の制作

・FANBOXの記事の更新頻度を上げる

・Skeb、pixivリクエスト等のコミッション

・ロゴ、表紙等のデザイン系のコミッション

・コミケ、コミティア等同人誌即売会への継続的な参加

・Production of adult manga and CG works for DLsite, FANZA, etc.

・Increase the frequency of FANBOX article updates.

・Commissions on Skeb, pixiv requests, etc.

・Design commissions for logos, covers, etc.

・Continued participation in doujinshi sales events such as Comiket and 　　Comitia

心情や細かい事は長くなるので省きますが、平たく言えば「本業以外で販路を見つけたい」のです。

同人誌即売会の件については稼ぐ事ではなく「知ってもらう」事がメインですが。

イラストにせよデザインにせよまだまだ至らない部分は多いと思いますし、かなり険しい道であることは流石に分かっております。実際その壁に怯んで一度道を諦めたので。

でも同時に「まだ試していない」事も山ほどあるので、出来る事や可能性は転がっていると思うので、変なプライドは捨てて貪欲に吸収して成果に繋げることが出来ればと思います。

I won't go into too much detail about my feelings or the details, but to put it simply, I want to find sales channels outside of my main business.

As for the doujinshi sales event, the main purpose is not to make money but to get people to know about it.

I think there are still many areas where I need to improve, both in terms of illustrations and design, and I know that it will be a very difficult road. In fact, I was so intimidated by that wall that I gave up on the path once.

But at the same time, there are a ton of things I haven't tried yet, so I think there are a ton of things I can do and possibilities, so I hope I can put aside my strange pride, greedily absorb what I can, and turn it into results.

以上が今回お知らせしたかった事です。

走り書きなので抜けている部分もあるかもしれませんがだいたいこんな感じです。

This is a quick write-up, so there may be some parts missing, but that's roughly what it comes down to.

まずは目先の冬ティアと冬コミに全力を注いで、そこからですね。

とにかく「今すぐやる」を心がけたいと思います。
