Improved Lighting & Rendering & Delay Explanation

I would like to apologize and explain that I had gotten very sick for a few weeks and also had some unforeseen complications with the cloud rendering. That is all sorted now, and I am hoping to get the new clouds beta out this month. I appreciate your patience and look forward to all of the cool screenshots you will take with them!
