The form for Commission Slots will be open till 11:59 PM EST on Tuesday, the 25th. 2 slots; 1 is first come first serve, the remaining slot will be picked by me from the remaining submissions. Any unselected forms will be put in the pool of forms to pick from for the public commission form.
