3/14/2017: Back From NEEHU!
Added 2017-03-15 01:52:42 +0000 UTCSo just barely missing the big snow storm I made it home from NEEHU, and I have to say it was one of the best weekends of my life. I made so many new friends, and got to witness a ton of fun hypnosis stuff. I was even able to play a little bit, but since this was my first ever hypnosis convention I figured that I would take it easy and focus on introducing myself for future events.
Now that I've been able to have a good home cooked meal and relax I'm eager to get back to writing and put some of these new experiences to work. I also have to say that I'm incredibly honored to see that you guys have brought my patreon to over a thousand dollars. I know I say this every time but I'm really blown away by the support you guys have shown me. This really makes writing erotica into a part time job for me, and now I'm determined to treat it as such.
I promise you guys that I'm going to be buckling down to put out more content and keep improving myself as well. My goal is to write at least five days a week, for at least 2 or 3 hours each time. If I keep to that schedule I'll finally be able to stop flying by the seat of my pants, finishing stories right before the deadlines I give myself. I hope to build up a buffer of story chapters so I can take more time with it, and hopefully institute a reward tier I've wanted for a while where people who pledge $10 will get the next week's chapter early. I figure there will be some of you eager for your fix of Snake Goddess or Enslave all Cheerleaders.
Last thing is that I've been considering finding some early readers who could help me out by reading early drafts of my stories and offering some helpful notes. This wouldn't be part of the reward tiers since they're not finished copies of new chapters, but if any of you find yourself with free time and want to help me out my writing feel free to comment below. What I'm hoping for is that these early readers can commit to reading and reviewing at least three chapters a month, so this way I can always make sure a second set of eyes looks over all of my stories. This way they can help me find typos, inconsistencies from previous chapters, and just help point out when a sentence is confusing or seems redundant. I don't need an in depth book report or anything, just a few helpful notes that can help cut down my time reviewing and editing every chapter.
PS: The entire time I've been writing this post I've had to stop five times because my cat kept jumping up onto the desk. I didn't even know we had catnip in the house but she found it lol

2017-03-19 15:31:12 +0000 UTCReviewers are a good idea... I do find minor typos every now and then. Sad it happens, but they simply slip in and you never see all of them in your own writings, especially if they are viable words -.- And, still jealous you could go to such an interesting convention...

2017-03-15 06:07:55 +0000 UTCAgree with commentary. Don't stress yourself please. The content you produce is phenomenal, just keep doing what you are doing already and make sure you enjoy it, not forcing it.

2017-03-15 05:27:55 +0000 UTCI just wanted to chime in (and maybe unpopularly :P) that when I saw your writing schedule, I thought that it was totally nuts! Maybe ease off just a tiny bit? I'd be ok with higher quality less rushed content, not that I'm complaining about what you've written so far!

2017-03-15 05:06:37 +0000 UTCPart of my work duties include proofreading, so I've got years of experience. [/brag]

2017-03-15 04:11:58 +0000 UTCI would love to help with it but proofreading and editing. I teach English, so I'm used to hunting for the little errors that slip through a first draft

2017-03-15 02:33:46 +0000 UTCI'd be happy to help out with early reading! I've got tons of free time, so I would definitely be able to fit three chapters a month into my schedule, no sweat.
