Started working on making this one in greyscale, somewhere around autumn 2021, right about the time when I was taking my first steps into digital flat and celshade colors. It was a good practice piece, since it was both, not too complex in detail and not too simple - making greyscale without visual benefits. Then, being half-way done it got stuck in the WIP folder, due to me having the "I have higher priority works to do" excuse, everytime I got the mood to work on the tablet.
Feels weird posting finished Grim Dawn related fan works, that I've originally sketched up when the game was peaking in player interest (2016-2019), after so many years, but I do prioritize these niche-content, personal pieces rather low on the list.
On the plus side, the third, unexpected expansion pack is coming out soon, so at least I can pretend that all of this was planned and start posting these fanarts sometime around the official release date. Occassionally, I do have more luck then brains~
