Afterparty Tech Demo version 2 is released!

Soon after I released this game, I took a job in the game development industry, which I have been doing full time and learning A LOT of new things. Unfortunately this took away from development time on my own project. However, in the long term this will be beneficial for the project, as I've already replaced a lot of old, bad code that I did originally with much better code. There's still more to be done. The next update will focus on bug fixing and overhauls of old systems that still contain bad code. This is necessary for features I plan to introduce in the future, like the male playable character. However, since I don't intend on adding much new content in the next release, this means it will come out much sooner.
Here are the patch notes for the new version:
Character creator:
-5 new hairstyles
-Accessories (nose/ear/nipple/bellybutton piercings)
-Tattoos
-New clothing options
-Character body parts can be clicked and dragged for jiggling
-Added a player voice. Pitch can be adjusted. Volume can be set to 0 if you don't want a voiced player
Gameplay:
-Inventory can be accessed by pressing "I"
-Clothing and items can be stored in the inventory. All clothing items have a thumbnail and details
-Inventory has a menu for accessing NPCs that you have discovered. From here, you can change /outfits/hair color (and in the future, hair style and morphs)
-Player bed is interactable and can be used to pass time
-Shower is interactable
-Player wardrobe added, which stores clothing items from the character creator that were not picked. Also can change clothing color/materials
-Save system partially reworked
-NPC added to the game. NPC has a 24 hour schedule
-Open world map added to the locations menu inside the inventory. Currently this is empty. In the future, maps will be merged into a single open world level
-Lights added to remaining houses
-Virtual shadow maps disabled (increases performance, however this may be offset by the added NPC)
-Added a check for AMD cards that disables ray traced shadows on lights, which causes problems in Unreal 5.1
-Menu system completely overhauled
-Better graphics options
-Rebindable keyboard controls
-Partial gamepad support
-Audio level controls
And lots of other minor improvements.

There's work to do first, but my thought was to assign different fetishes to NPCs which are hidden unless you unlock specific dialogue or requirements that reveal what they are. I was also toying with the idea of player stats such as intelligence/charisma/physique as well but that isn't planned in the short term.
