After marrying Aether and getting pregnant Kuki decided to take a short leave from the gang. Needing a stress free and easy environment for the baby. Also because her boss also went and got knocked up by Aether after getting turned into a women (will be shown later). So she decided to return to working for the shrine. As dull and stifling as she finds the work Yae is a good boss and makes sure she has an easy time. The fact the Kitsune is also carrying Aethers child does help with the matter. Still after a long tiring day she’s surprised with her husband welcoming her home with a kiss. As a stress free environment is needed for the baby it’s time for Kuki to relive that stress. After a happy night together Aether walks her to work in the morning. Although it’s not the day to day life of freedom and adventure she yearns to return to Kuki can’t deny this isn’t a bad experience.
