Improvements
Two more Lively Scenes will be added to the Lusty Race.
The recruit won at tier 25 paid → LS for the recruit should be at tier 55 paid (new LS spot added)
The recruit won at tier 40 free → LS for the recruit should be at tier 70 free
The recruit won at tier 65 paid → LS for the recruit should be at tier 70 paid
The recruit won at tier 92 free (it was 93 but moved 1 tier down) → LS for the recruit should be at tier 93 free (new LS spot added)
