It seemed fair to do because that was what was promised for the patrons of that tier. In the meanwhile, you can leave your ideas on the comments about what she is trying accomplish.

I'm not exactly familiar with Scarlet Witch's powers, but using her now diminished powers to try and help her walk, but failing, seems interesting. Quads walking/attempting to walk is always nice to see.
