Pommodoro can be really life changing and helps to set the right habits!

I need to get The War of Art! I tend to procrastinate because I want for everything to be perfect, or at least as close to perfect as possible, before I start working on something, especially something creative. It's something I need to get out of for sure. I'll have to check out the Pommodoro Technique. It sounds like a really great way to combat procrastination! Thank you for introducing us to that Anais Nin quote. I looked her up and found another similar quote that resonates with me: "Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage."

Brandon Moore

It really works man!

Ask any questions you like here, Roland, and I will do my best to answer them!

Procrastination! Yes, THANK YOU

4) Have you ever had something happen to you that you thought was bad but it turned out to be for the best? Wishing you Mike all the best on your travels! Soar highπŸ‰!

3) You’re very fond of kids. What do you miss most about being a kid? What age did you become an adult?

2) You can be freaky sometimes. What is the weirdest thing about you and are you proud of it?

Thank you for answering my questions Mike! Yes it’s a bit blurry, but I don’t mind. You’re a good speaker and very fascinating to watch! You’re open, honest, funny and very animated when talking (is that the reason it’s blurry? You do move a lot)! Which brings me to my first question for next month. 1) Which cartoon character do you resemble/identify the most?😜

Thanks for sharing mate!! Would love to know what you film with and what your underwater kit looks like? Im considering getting a housing for my GH5. Cheers =)

Hey Mike! 1st time I heard about the "Pomodoro Technique" and I will definitely practice that. πŸ‘ For your next Q&A, here are my questions: 1) What cause/s are you passionate about? Do you support any advocacy? If yes, what is it and why? 2) Have you ever had a near death experience? 3) Do you still get surprised and when was the last time you had a really good, heart thumping or "Oh my God" moment? πŸ˜‰
