Cool Updates & Patreon Poll

I've got some cool updates for you this time.
First, I've updated Region Icons Megapack! It's 48 packs-in-one now, categorized and properly named. 720+ icons! Fun fact, first pack of this megapack was released 3 years ago!
I've drawn a lot of icon packs lately, so it's time to move on (48 packs though, almost 50. Maybe if I'll have a really great idea for the round number, I'll do it).
Second, I've updated my Bexcour Continent map. Tried new things here and there with it. And honestly love the new look! I hope you'll like it too. Please check it out!
And now, for the Patreon Poll.
I decided to make a few themed "Environment Packs" with more painterly/sketch style for, like this:
First pack is almost ready and will be released soon.
Second though is in the making.
So, here's my question.
What theme should the second pack have? It will be ~4 little pics.
