Just to clarify one thing--Only Yoshiki's mom is from outside the village. I'm pretty sure the villager (Mikasa) in last episode said "Tsujinaka's wife". Also, I don't think he mentioned that in an ill way-- he was just explaining to Tanaka about how the festival brings people of the village together, no matter where they are from. So... Within the family, it appears she is the one who regularly speaks without dialect (she's probably from Tokyo... atleast she speaks in common Japanese. Yoshiki speaks in dialect of Mie Prefecture. )
