I believe the Kaiju is Big Johnny when he goes into rage mode. Based on Sheng's hair color, the clothing styles, the nature reserve (Johnnies are big on nature/animals).... I think Sheng is Little Johnny's father. Big Johnny went into rage mode when they saw Little Johnny's dad dead. I don't know if anyone else noticed but Sheng was also holding a beaded bracelet as he ran and later in the show we see that Ghostblade is always wearing that bracelet. I feel like he may feel things he just doesn't realize it. He may come to regret killing those that he did.

We know she is at least 18 in year 39. so she was born in 21 AC. Also in loli first episode, nuonuo says that her dad died when she was 3. Probably when she was separated from him too.
