So as far as pop and koichi age wise, I won't spoil you obviously on ships. But there is no relationship between an adult and minor in this series. Koichi is 19 at this point, her age is at this point open to interpretation. It's all based on dialogue. The thugs in ep 1 call her a high schooler but some say she's younger than that by virtue of a quote she makes later. Most agree she's probably either 15 or 16. This series has aging in it tho. Characters do get older.
