And so we come to the end of the first, and longest of the sequence series.
Meister came in 5th place, tying with Bane and making him probably the biggest surprise of the poll.
Unfortunately we have to reach this point without the shading being done. There is a real possibility I've been left high and dry a second time on this project and will need to find another shader to finish or redo the thing... I'm not thrilled with that but it is what it is. I likely will not use this person again, if they even finish this job at all. Or otherwise give them a job at least a year in advance. Anyway enough complaining, I'll hand it over to flash for his review.
Flash's Thoughts:
I did a caption way, way back at the start of my 'career' where I used music lyrics and then said to myself 'I'll never do this again'. I had reservations in this series about how silly some of the dialogue got but to my surprise it seems to more over the top I made the text the more popular the sequences were. Of course I imagine some of it is down to how much people liked the final designs but even Condiment King's piece was pretty popular and that was peak sillyness. So for this final sequence I decided not to hold anything back and just go all out. Music is hard to write because there's no guarantee the humming I did while writing it will carry over to you the reader but I suppose as long as you can imagine your own tune that's good enough.
I hope everyone enjoyed my contributions to these sequences. If it wasn't obvious I do help out with a lot of the scripts here on 63rd Rule since I joined the team in the background; but this was the first thing Rabbit gave me and told me to just do it however I wanted. Happy Holidays everyone, see you next year.
