Comic announcement: RESPECT T4T THE DEAD

Finally, the next installment in the Katama K. Cinematic universe, and just in time for spooky month… RESPECT T4T THE DEAD!

This comic is a little different from the rest of my catalogue, and the biggest reason is that it was not written by me. Much like Farrago, this is a collaboration between myself and Goat! The story, script, and characters were all written by him. Here is the summary:

After a tragic motorcycle accident, Maki died at the age of 27. Or, at least he thought he did. As people ran over to him, seemingly not noticing his hands and head had detached from his body, he saw… more. From then on, being the tethered between the living and the dead became Maki’s job.

Running a psychic shop under the guise of “magical foresight”, Maki spends his days listening to the woes of humans and spirits alike, and he is tired of it. A certain ghost named Audrey has become a regular visitor in his life, and for some reason he cannot get her out of his mind.

A normal, miserable day at the shop ends and Audrey stops by, uninvited per usual. He would never admit it, but he was glad to have her around, even if what she considers “a good source of stress relief” means that he will have a lot to clean up later.

Much like Bonus Reps, this comic will be posted every Sunday, meaning patrons at any tier will have access to it! I have the whole comic storyboarded and lining is well under way, so I am very excited to start sharing. I know it’s a little different than my past projects, but let me know what you think!
