2024-12-23 02:19:14 +0000 UTCWestworld (1973) was from an original screenplay written by Michael Crichton and was also the first major motion picture directed by Michael Crichton… and not his last. Westworld (1973) was also the first major motion picture to use digital image processing, and pioneered the way for modern day Special Effects. Therefore, Jurassic Park (1993) should be saying Thanks to Westworld (1973)… which is ALL due to Michael Crichton’s imagination and innovation.

2024-11-18 02:25:12 +0000 UTCGreat review. You mentioned that Westworld got the idea from this. That is partially true. The Michael Crichton wrote the novel this was based off of as well as Westworld, which was originally made into a film in 1973, I believe.
