Development Update

I am back with one more development update to let you know that v0.17 is complete and almost entirely bug tested! I hope to release it today or tomorrow, but no promises as I hate confirming dates and possibly missing them.
I apologize this update took longer than expected. I had some apartment repairs, which made it impossible to work on this, but regardless here is the changelog, thanks for supporting me :)
