Here's a quick lesson on windows applied to CQB. This one can be a complicated subject and hopefully this video gives some food for thought.

2021-04-02 18:31:06 +0000 UTCLast month 2 car jackers were fleeing the police and decided to ditch the vehicle in front of my neighbors house and head out on foot. As they were running away they decided to jump my front gated fence, run down the driveway directly to the back fence (entire property is fenced with 8’ board on board fences) and jump my back gate which goes into an alley. It was early evening about 9pm but dark, I was in the kitchen which faces the back fence when I heard them go over the front fence. Motion lights started going off, cameras were recording so I just moved over to the the kitchen slider out of sight with Mr. Sig P320 and watched from inside as they went over the back gate into the alley. When the officers showed up they informed me it was an armed car jacking and both guys were armed, they were apprehended a couple of blocks away without incident. Long story but even though there were 2 clowns on my property jumping my fences I created an outcome in my favor by staying put, observing and not engaging.
