Vineyard Story: August 2021 (ft. Councillor Cel)

Of course, there aren't many patrons right now, but that just makes it even more special, doesn't it?
This in particular is just a fairly quick story mostly meant to check up on how Cel is doing now, but she does end up needing to pee anyways, so there's that.
