October/November 2024 Sketches 8 - Katsuki Bakugo (My Hero Academia)(Sequence)

Here's a sequence featuring Katsuki Bakugo from My Hero Academia. The idea was suggested by Shin.

"Bakugo Katsuki (Halloween outfit) - Deku invites Bakugo out to go trick or treating with him, both as a way to have fun and as a community building exercise (Heroes getting out in the public and doing normal things with civilians) and though Bakugo is reluctant at first, he eventually gets dressed up in a werewolf costume to go out and spend the night with his rival. Feeling a little hungry partway through the night, he eats some of the candy. Whether it be from some strange Quirk that was used on him without his knowledge or just the power of Halloween night itself, Bakugo starts to take on the qualities of his costume, his wolf ears becoming real along with his tail, his fingernails turning more like claws, while his teeth sharpen. Feeling the animal instincts now surging up within him, Bakugo just wants to satisfy his hunger, eating all the candy he can get his hands on, the fuel turning immediately to bulk on him, causing him to grow bigger and bigger. Deku starts to take notice, offering up his own candy in the hopes that it will slow the growing Hero down but it just spurs him on further, now using Deku to hunt down more candy for him... and anything else that he can get his hands on."

While Deku was having the time of his life trick or treating, Bakugo could barely bring himself to smile with how upset about this community building excercise. Deku was trying to cheer his friend up, but getting no result by doing so. But whether he liked it or not, Bakugo and his friend had to go through this.

Deku decided to go ahead and cover the other side of the street, while Bakugo was left on the other side. Bored with how this street seemed to be endless to deal with, Bakugo decided to look into his candy bag, and throw a candy into his mouth, seeing if at least eating could make this a bit more fun.

But something unexpected happened, as he swallowed the candy. An odd energy started coursing through his body. Animalistic instincts starting to wake up, as if he was becoming one with his werewolf costume. His ears became longer, his nails grew longer like claws, his tale became longer and fluffier, and his teeth turned into fangs. Once his body fully adapted to his costume, there was only one thing is his mind...to find more candy to eat! And so he dug into his candy bag and devoured all his candy! And if the transformation wasn't odd enough, it seemed that the more he ate, the more he grew! Him visibly pulsing bigger after he finished his bag.

As he finished his bag, he swiftly rushed on his fours towards Deku, who was surprised to see Bakugo all of a sudden...And also weirded out, since not only Bakugo was sniffing him like a wolf, but Deku could tell that his body was different...and bigger.

Before Deku could question the bigger blond boy, he was tackled by the wolf boy! Bakugo digging into Deku's bag of candy...and growing even bigger on top of Deku! Making the smaller boy even more confused. Once he finished, Bakugo looked into Deku's eyes, with his glowing red eyes, and only said "More..."...while he audibly growled like a wild animal...

As the night passed, Deku was the only one trick or treating from the pair of heroes...While Bakugo did the eating. Each time the visited a new home, Deku would get the candy, and Bakugo would devour it inmediatedly! Each home owner they visited seemed more terrified than the last, as the threateningly huge wolf boy was getting bigger, hungrier and more demanding...glaring and growling at the home owners, that being enough to make them nervous and try to bring the candy as fast as possible.

Soon enough Bakugo became big enough that he had to crouch to look down at the home owners, making the whole neighbourhood about this growing monster being among them.

Halloween night was almost over, and made sense that people would run out of candy eventually. That being the case for the next home the couple of heroes visited, the person in the house apologizing from the lack of candy. Deku was about to say that it was okay, and take his leave...but was rudely interrupted by a massive figure crashing into the house...Bakugo helped himself into the house to eat all the food in the house...and the people living inside! His hunger seemed to be unending.

Deku couldn't do anything in time, since Bakugo emptied the whole building in a matter of seconds...and with the massive amount of food he ate, his growth spurt was much bigger than any last one! His bulk filling up the whole house...until it exploded, Bakugo's body at full display for the whole neighbourhood to see! Deku sent flying from the sheer power of the explosion.

As Deku recovered, he looked up in horror, as he saw Bakugo grabbing people and whole houses, and shoving them into his giant maw! Swallowing them whole, and visibly getting bigger with each snack he ate. The cowardly smaller young man tried to call for his much bigger friend's attention, but it was as if the giant wolf boy couldn't hear him...As he was too busy indulging his endless hunger, eating everything and everyone in his path!
