April 2024 Sketches 10 - Shichika (Katanagatari) (Animation)

Here's a short animation featuring Shichika from Katanagatari. The idea was suggested by Locemo.

"The 13th sword relaxing in a restorative hotspring, but the spring has a strange effect on him because of his power. Shichika relaxing away with his eyes closed, not noticing as he gets bigger and bigger~"

Shichika, after several days of adventuring and training, found a very inviting looking hotspring at the top of a mountain in the middle of a forest. There were a bunch of signs saying "Don't spend too much time in the water". But, even when the sword boy read the warnings, he inmediatedly fall asleep the moment he got in the hotspring's water, the levels of relaxation being THAT powerful...plus him being kind of exhausted from all the physical activity he's done.

One would think that those warnings would be to not burn yourself, but turns out, that this was a magical hotspring full of sheer power...and as Shichika was sleeping, the power started to syphon into his body! Making his body pulse bigger each second as he was comfily sleeping.

He must have been going through a really deep sleep, as more of his body was getting out of his body...as his lean physique started to bulk up to incredible proportions! The slim warrior started looking more like a berserker...and then more like a beast! his pecs bouncing along with each growth spurt, as the rest of his body kept on expanding further.

Soon enough his legs were also out of the water with how his height was increasing at an incredible rate...and soon, his whole body was filling up the whole hotspring, absorbing the water into his flesh like a sponge!

Soon the tall rocks surrounding the hotsprings were dwarved by Shichika, even though he was sitting!

It took him some time to wake up, but once he did, he did a biiiig stretch with how satisfying the rest was...only for him to be surprised by his sight, mostly seeing sky and clouds surrounding him. Once he looked down, he had a better picture at the whole situation...as his giant naked body was at full display, filling up the top of the mountain where that legendary hotspring was hiding. I guess nobody will find it again...as he absorbed the water, and the structure was destroyed under his buttcheeks...

At least the warrior has more power and bulk to work with! It might take some getting used to move around without destroying his surroundings, but at least he's familiar with big power~
