Kenya! I'm going through the same situation, I can't believe it! . last year I bought a new car (Toyota Yaris) and rushed because my old car was pile of crap. I have to emphasize that I like cars and right now my business is progressing (at least before the coronavirus) but I don't know whether to use that money to buy an apartment or a Lexus. I think the same things that you, i can pay for the car but I feel that I can use that extra money for something else or an emergency. At this moment in my life I am quite comfortable and I have enough solvency to buy things that I want and I would not want to lose that freedom because I want a luxury car but I am willing to sacrifice my cravings for the apartment.
