Here are some baseball movies that I think are funny, good, or both, that you don't have to know baseball necessarily to like, off the top of my head: Bull Durham, Major League, The Bad News Bears (the original I think is better than the remake, it's a little controversial so I wouldn't wanna f up your YT stats, but it is funnier, and one of those movies that's like a time capsule lol), A League of Their Own, Moneyball, 42, 8 Men Out, Field of Dreams, The Natural, The Sandlot (kids movie but still entertaining), I think I'm missing some but I got most of them.

2023-05-12 04:11:28 +0000 UTCI still think Airplane! is the funniest Zucker/Abrams movie, this is a close second, never gets old for me, still fugn hilarious to me. But I will admit the baseball scenes are a probably a lot funnier if you know baseball, especially Reggie Jackson being the assassin, Mr. October himself (the World Series is every October and Reggie got the nickname for hitting four home runs in a single World Series game, playing for the Yankees though), I was a kid and played Little League when I saw this and Reggie had been my first baseball hero lol Ricardo Montalban is one smoooooth Mexican dude lol and a great villain, especially as Khan in Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan, arguably the best Star Trek movie ever. Btw fun fact, people, haters, like to say he's wearing a chest piece in that but that's his actual chest, old dude was just ripped.
