She was originally intended to be a kind of airy(GET IT???) character but who knows how she'll turn out by the time this thing comes out, if it even does at all...
I have a feeling her skirt and hair will be simplified over time, since it'll probably become more and more of a pain to draw!!!
It occurred to me that her colour palette resembles another character I know so I may change that too...
