I tear up every time at Hodor's moment.
2021-06-29 02:25:14 +0000 UTCI don’t know if Hodor sacraficed himself. I think it was more like Bran sacraficed him. Bran was still warged into Hodor when they were escaping. He then accidentally warged into the past Hodor too, thus creating a link between the two. The past Hodor witnessed his own death which caused him to become the way he is. Also the reason why he freaked out anytime anything crazy was about to happen.
