That's so kind of you to say. Thank you so much. This means a lot to me, and I'm glad you enjoyed it. Hope you've had a chance to check out my podcast since and I would love to hear what you have to say on my Discord.

The Tender Soldier published in 2013 by Vanessa Gezari about Paula Lloyd, who died in Afghanistan working on the Human Terrain Project, was was required reading in the 300lvl history of American Foreign Policy in 2014. The main books were Major Problems in American Foreign Relations, and U.S Diplomacy Since 1900. Two good ole fashioned meat and potatoes history texts, lots of primary sources from inside national security councils & some secondary and a few essays. Then this throw in by a journalist about a female anthropologist in Afghanistan, written only a year earlier. A tragedy, which does discuss a real military & foreign policy decision/operation, however it’s far from being so important to the history of American foreign policy since 1865–which is what the class was supposed to be about—to deserve the degree of attention. We had to write a whole essay on it. Many of these classes in the humanities are construed as a means to instrumentalize the students with the mentality of the new globalism agenda. Interdisciplinary studies tying history, languages, anthropology, politics, everything, to create people who can be plugged in to the burgeoning ngo & state matrix. Not to mention the classics department having us sit through feminist interpretations of every single Homeric epic. It’s all exactly what you think it is, tbh lol

I don't always listen to an episode more than once. This is one of the times I do. Good guest, it's usually Yarvin and Angela Nagle they get a second listen.
