- A folder picker UI in the importer, including a (limited) range of "dynamic" options, i.e. if you select "Challenge Rating" in the creature importer, it'll put each creature in a folder according to their CR. Something similar existed in <removed>, although it was nowhere near as customizable--this iteration allows full control. Sadly, Foundry only supports three levels of folder nesting at time of writing, but the developer (Atropos) aims to expand this to at least five.
- A "Prune Folders" option and button in the Directory Cleaner, which can be enabled or run independently to have the cleaner also remove any empty folders it finds.
- A tweak to the included compendiums to add the (abbreviated) source to the name of each item.
- And a few other minor QoL improvements and layout fixes.
This was the result of my evening activity last week, whereas my weekend went to converting the three Essentials Kit adventures for <removed>.
The adventures themselves were small, so I had more time to devote to improving the ripping process. While this (beyond the new and improved area hover links) doesn't provide any immediate benefit, it does mean that when Descent Into Avernus rolls around, I should be able to process it that much quicker (and with fewer mistakes).
Sadly, it does nothing to the fact that this adventure releases on a Tuesday. Nonetheless, I'm hoping I can get everything done by ~midnight (GMT+1) on the following Thursday, but if not (and barring anything completely disastrous occurring), then surely by the same time on the Friday.
That's all post- next weekend, though, so hopefully by the next time you hear from me I'll have actually been able to work on the character sheet.
Until then, stay safe out there.
