Ron saw how much effort Kim and Monique put into their costume by gaining thousands of pounds of muscle, so he decided to join in. He ended up bigger than both combined, but forgot that he would need to fit into his costume. So we end up here where Ron is just fully nude holding his old costume embarassed in his hand.
