The initial concept was inspired by very old fashioned vintage looks and lolita. While the original idea was to keep the Annie very muted in the colours, it is hard as two colour enthusiasts to keep it that way sometimes! Ahaha //////
I personally feel that the hat and adorable wings along with the underskirt is what makes this design. I hope you guys like her as well!
