I mean, it's the same as it was with Ryo only even worse. They both are the best at what they do, you can't just take them out. It's not like they would be easily replaced. Even if Coach wants to take Miyuki out, he knows taking him out is losing the game. And Coach said himself, the players aren't heartless chess pieces. It's hard. I know you know that tho, just putting my thoughts out there.

Only Furuya was watching him in the dugot, so I do believe its a bit unfair to assume the adults knew. they only asked because he literally just got bulldozed. There was no further clues. SO you cant blame them for not forcing him to go to the doctor. Just wanted to throw that tidbit even though its a bit late lol
