You can't fake throw to bases or it gets called a balk so in the middle of Eijuns throw to first, he stopped and spun around. If you commit you have to go all the way. Also it wasn't the change up it was what they called his "fast changeup" or his "palm ball". The glitter effect indicates its a slightly slower moving fastball.
