First of all, Nabe never even explained what he meant. So to Miyuki is sounded like he wanted to quit, he didnt explain himself at all so Miyuki is already at a disadvantage here. I mean he even asked him if he did and he didnt answer! Having a conversation with someone and trying to get an answer for a question you arent even asking is unfair to the person youre talking to. Zono on the other hand was just an idiot in my opinion. Not because his opinion is wrong btu because he is LITERALLY forcing his own ideas on Miyuki like he was accusing Miyuki of doing to Nabe. So what if youre captain? Captains are expected to have all the answers but theyre not therapists you dont have the answers or the right thing to say, especially when you dont even know what the other guy is trying to tell you because they wont explain themselves. Zono wants Miyuki to be like HIM and thats unfair because Miyuki is NOT him. Even Yuki himself would not have handled it the same way Zono wanted Miyuki to. This wasnt much of a failure as a captain as it was Miyuki just being who he is. Nothing he did or said was wrong. He asked him straight up "so do you want to quit?" and Nabe didnt answer. If a player wants to quit you dont have to change their mind "just bc youre captain" like what?That, in my opinion, is a personality difference because some people will try that and some will want YOU to make that decision yourself. And neither is WRONG persay imo. Thats why there are vice cpatains, thats why there are multiple leadership positions on a team bc you will have different opinions, personalities, and experiences on any given topic. So that assumption Zono had of Miyuki being captain so he SHOULD have behaved such and such way is bs. Miyuki sat there, asked him what was wrong, listened to what he had to say, and gave his honest opinion about the situation. Like a Captain should! Nothing was wrong about that even though his opinion may not be agreeable for everyone but like I said thats a personality difference and has nothing to do with being a good or bad captain. He even noticed something had Nabe in slumps and gave him some responsibilities while also complimenting his skills at reading gameplay to hopefully get him back into it. Like nah I didnt agree with everyone that thought Miyuki didnt handle that situation well. The part I agree he failed on IS with the Zono situation. But like everyone else said he is new to being Captain so that argument was bound to happen especially with Zono (I mean this is the same guy that jumped to conclusions about Eijun and was a complete asshole about it now look at him. Im not taking his opinions as law lmao)
