I'm sooo hyped for fitness vids. TBH I've recently started running after watching your Run with the Wind reactions, and actually really loving it.
But I'm struggling with breathe. Like My limbs aren't physically tired but run out of breathe after running for like 15 minutes (around 2 kilometers) is there a proper way to breathe? :< It'll be dope to get a video on insights like this :3
