Chapter 2 - Progress update #6
Added 2025-01-31 18:02:15 +0000 UTCThis week I finished labels 4 and 11 (these fucking labels are getting bigger and bigger). I started label 9, but had to pause it like label 13 due to a lack of available assets for a reasonable price. These finally went on discount on Wednesday (78% cheaper, nice) and can probably be completed over the course of next week.
In terms of the amount of renders, chapter 2 is now bigger than chapter 1 with currently 1887 renders. All missing labels are big ones, so I expect something between 2250 - 2500 in total, which would make it a third bigger than chapter 1.
With the completion of label 11, I have finished the last “complex” one in terms of posing, which makes it easier for me to estimate the release. In general, this chapter will demand a little more from me in terms of image post-processing, which is why I'm planning 1 additional week for this. Also just the sheer size difference will increase the time I'll need for editing.
My first estimate is as follows (no firm commitment, this will follow approx. 2 weeks before the release):
07.03.25 - Tier 3 release
10.03.25 - Tier 2 release
14.03.25 - Tier 1 release
28.03.25 - Public release
If I should be able to complete it faster, same as with chapter 1, I will move the dates forward accordingly.
